Recognized for the past 7 years as the Corridor Business Journal’s Best Senior Living Community, Meth-Wick residents enjoy 5 different styles of living on a beautiful 68 acre campus. Due to an upcoming retirement, we are seeking a full-time Resident Services Coordinator to facilitate resident moves on campus.
Responsibilities will include:
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions and excellent communication for incoming residents.
- Coordinate resident moves and transfers within the independent living areas of the community including facilitating condo/apartment refurbishments and upgrades in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Serve as primary contact for incoming residents, providing exceptional customer service and timely responses.
- Ensure communication with appropriate departments regarding resident moves in advance of move.
- Plan for and coordinate refurbishments and upgrades to common areas according to capital budget.
- Communicate with residents and families regarding moving in and out policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will be detailed oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills, patience and timely follow through are essential.
- This position requires both flexibility and being highly organized and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Previous experience with project management, customer service, housing services, and/or senior living preferred.
Hours:
- Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
