Shift: 12-hour rotating night shift (7PM–7AM)
Pay: Competitive hourly wage starting at $21.47/hour, with growth potential up to $29.88/hour + OT + shift differential of $0.70/hour

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and monitor production machinery with precision and care
• Perform quality checks to ensure top-notch output
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Work with a supportive team to meet and exceed production goals
• Troubleshoot and report equipment issues promptly

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience (preferred but not required — we train the right people!).
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Dependability and a solid work ethic
• High School diploma, Trade school grads or those with 1+ year in heavy machine operation are strongly encouraged to apply
• Willingness to learn and grow with us and be a team player
• All selected candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and physical
