Have you always enjoyed fixing things?

A Maintenance team member will perform routine maintenance tasks. Working from service requests, your job tasks will include: servicing, diagnosing, repairing, unclogging, hanging, replacing, installing and moving – not necessarily all in one day.

• Two years’ experience in maintenance repair preferred.

A full-time Painter will be responsible for painting all areas of campus which includes preparing walls, patching, texturing as well as performing routine preventative maintenance. Prior painting experience required.

Hours are Mon-Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with an occasional weekend, holiday and emergency calls.

Occasional landscaping duties such as snow removal which includes operating a snow blower, spreading salt/sand on sidewalks and driveways for the safety of all Meth-Wick employees and residents..
