Corridor Motors is a growing, customer-focused dealership looking for an experienced Parts & Billing Manager to join our leadership team.  This key role is responsible for overseeing parts operations, billing accuracy, and supporting service department efficiency as we continue to expand.  This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and takes pride in accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all parts department operations, including ordering, inventory control, pricing, and vendor relationships

  • Oversee service and parts billing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance

  • Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and management to resolve billing or parts-related issues

  • Monitor margins, control costs, and identify opportunities to improve profitability

  • Maintain accurate records and reports for management review

  • Train, support, and supervise parts and billing staff as needed

  • Ensure processes follow dealership policies and industry best practices

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in parts management, billing, or dealership operations 

  • Strong understanding of parts inventory systems and billing procedures

  • Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills

  • Ability to lead, problem-solve, and communicate effectively

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment

  • Experience with dealership management systems- Frazer, AutoLeap a plus
