The University of Iowa Center for Intellectual Freedom is seeking to hire a 100% full-time Administrative Services Professional.
This position is a 3- year specified term role.

We're seeking a dynamic Administrative Services Manager to help build a bold new academic initiative focused on the ideas and institutions that shape free societies. Join the team to have an opportunity to:
- Lead and coordinate highly visible institutional level small- and large-scale events.
- Support short- and long-term academic strategic initiatives within the Center for Intellectual Freedom.
- Draft, edit, and finalize communications on behalf of the Interim Director of the Center for Intellectual Freedom to internal and external audiences on a variety of topics. This includes information for correspondence, website content, faculty and student communications, and external stakeholder communications including to alumni and patrons supporting the Center and its programs.
- Implement cross-functional initiatives aligned with the Center’s strategic goals, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and measurable impact.
