We are looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Front Desk Coordinator/Showroom Greeter to join our team. Our workplace offers a family-oriented environment with a diverse staff who enjoy their jobs, work well together, and have fun at work. We are looking for the right fit—someone who enjoys helping people, learning about products, and creating a positive first impression for customers and guests.
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday, 8:20 AM–5:00 PM
- Friday Schedule: 8:20 AM–4:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Greet showroom guests and serve as the welcoming face of the company.
- Learn about our products, features, and benefits in order to share helpful information with customers.
- Answer phone calls in a polite, professional, and helpful manner.
- Assist customers with questions, concerns, and general information.
- Transfer calls to the appropriate team members and relay information to internal departments as needed.
- Help keep the showroom/kitchen/bathrooms clean, stocked, organized, and presentable.
- Assist with processing contracts
- Warranty follow-up phone calls/processes.
- Accounts payable entries.
Qualifications
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong communication and phone skills.
- Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks throughout the day
- Willingness to learn about products, features, and customer needs.
- Accounts payable knowledge is helpful but not required.
Pay
- Starting pay is $18–$21 per hour, depending on experience. A 90-day review will be completed for a possible wage increase.
