We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated individual to join our team in a management role at our ice cream shop! This position involves working with both teen and adult staff and requires a balance of leadership, hands-on customer service, and behind-the-scenes coordination.

Responsibilities include:

1. Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
2. Creating and managing staff schedules
3. Supervising and supporting team members during shifts
4. Providing excellent customer service and assisting in serving customers
5. Performing light administrative tasks
6. Maintaining and improving systems and organization
7. Troubleshooting and problem-solving as needed

Schedule & Pay:
This role requires some flexibility, with a mix of daytime and evening shifts between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM. It will start as an hourly position and transition to salaried once training is complete. Since we operate seasonally, you may work more than 40 hours per week during peak spring and fall months, but we balance that by scheduling fewer hours during slower periods—ensuring your average remains under 40 hours per week annually.

While working with the team serving customers, you’ll also receive tips.
