We are seeking a skilled and dedicated mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service and repair, with experience working on a variety of vehicles. This role requires proficiency in diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring that vehicles are safe and reliable for our customers. The Automotive Technician will work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to collaborate effectively with other team members.

Primary Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

-Inspect used vehicles for sale and accurately diagnose issues

-Order correct parts and perform repairs as necessary

-Provide labor and time estimates for automotive repairs

-Continuously learn new technical information and techniques to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology

-Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company’s vision, mission, and core values in all interaction with customers, co-workers, managers, and suppliers

-Adhere to all company policies and procedures

-Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

-Assist other team members as needed

Qualifications:

-Minimum of 1 year of previous experience as an automotive technician/mechanic

-Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment

-Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

-Deadline and detail-oriented

-Reliable and dependable

-Must have a valid drivers license

-Must have your own tools including specialty tools

-ASE Certification preferred, but not required

-Effective communication and interpersonal skills
