Warehouse Operations Coordinator

Aura Cacia is seeking a dependable, hands-on Warehouse Operations Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material movement.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities.
• Receive, verify, stage, and prepare incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and organized storage locations.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory discrepancies.
• Safely operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment.
• Maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures.
• Coordinate with production and other departments to support efficient product flow.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience.
• Forklift experience and certification required.
• Strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Basic computer and warehouse system skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of a warehouse position.
• Must be able to work in an environment where essential oil fragrances and other natural aromas are regularly present.
