Malott Law, PLC has an opportunity for an Associate Attorney in our Iowa City, Iowa office. This position will be responsible for representing clients in front of USCIS and the Immigration Courts, including the Board of Immigration Appeals.

Required qualifications include:

• J.D.; member licensed and in good standing of any state Bar (applicants taking the bar exam in the near future will be considered);
• access to reliable transportation and ability to travel statewide and/or to out-of-state events and client commitments (mileage reimbursed).

Little/intermittent travel required to various immigration courts and field offices generally located within Iowa, Nebraska, Minnesota, and Illinois (overall travel is less than 60 days per year).
