The Program & Partnerships Manager is responsible for the effective delivery of Table to Table’s food rescue and distribution programs and for maintaining strong, responsive relationships with food donors and food access partners. This role manages the execution of food recovery operations, supervises frontline program staff and AmeriCorps members, and ensures partner needs are met through consistent communication, evaluation, and continuous improvement. The Program & Partnerships Manager translates organizational strategy into operational practice, supporting equitable, efficient, and mission-aligned service delivery.
