Midwest3PL is seeking a resourceful and experienced HR professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate will manage employee records, assist with onboarding and benefits administration, and ensure compliance with all federal and state labor laws. This role includes responsibility for hiring, developing HR policies, and staying current with employment regulations.
Additional duties include:
- managing payroll
- pensions
- creating reports
- interpreting HR data
- resolving workplace conflicts
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills, the ability to multitask, and comfort with HR systems are essential.
- Candidates should be proactive, organized, and able to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
