Midwest 3PL is seeking a motivated Human Resources professional to support hiring, employee relations, and core HR functions across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes
• Coordinate drug testing and pre-employment physicals with local providers
• Manage employee benefits and serve as a liaison with insurance carriers
• Maintain HR documentation and electronic records
• Support employee relations, workers’ compensation, and HR compliance
• Partner with leadership to support workforce and organizational needs

Qualifications:

• Educational background and/or experience in Human Resources or a related field
• SHRM certification is a plus, but not required
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with HR systems
• Knowledge of employee benefits, workers’ compensation, and insurance claims
• Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels, from labor roles to leadership
