We are seeking a full time optician for our growing practice on the southwest side of Cedar Rapids.  Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, selling prescription glasses, verifying insurance eligibility/availability, submitting vision insurance claims, dispensing eyewear to patients, checking in jobs from the labs, selling contact lenses, repairing eyewear, and using an edger to fabricate lenses.  Experience in or exposure to the optical field is preferred but not required.  An enthusiast, hard-working candidiate with excellent "people skills" is crucial to the success of this position.
