Head Teller

Atkins Savings Bank & Trust

The Head Teller will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to bank customers and manage the daily operations of the bank's teller line. 

Head Teller Duties and Responsibilities
•    Effectively responds to customer inquiries
•    Maintain a professional demeanor at all times and adheres to bank policies and procedures
•    Ensure all transactions are accurately and promptly processed
•    Balance teller drawer and reconcile all cash discrepancies
•    Opens new and existing customer accounts
•    Process domestic ACH returns and domestic wire transfers
•    Investigate and settle ATM and debit card fraud cases.
 

Head Teller Requirements and Qualifications
•    High school diploma or equivalent
•    Previous experience in a banking environment
•    Outstanding customer service skills
•    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
•    Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
•    Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize duties
•    Able to motivate and lead a team
•    Basic computer skills
