Schnoor-Bonifazi Engineering & Surveying has an immediate opening for an entry level Survey Technician.  Job duties will include assisting in:

Boundary Surveying: Research public records, recon and recovery of existing land corners. Setting missing land corners. Applicant will have the opportunity to learn AutoCADD and to process electronic field notes.

Construction Staking: Layout for the construction of water, storm, buildings and pavements. Applicant will also learn how to develop staking files through AutoCADD or other software programs.

Topographic survey: Collecting surface data and site features for the development of engineering drawings and site plans.

Engineering Surveys: Locating utility lines, structural or architectural features for the development of project specific design criteria.

Use of GPS, Total Station and UTV will be a part of the job role. Learn while you earn.

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Ability to work outdoors in various conditions
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
