What You’ll Do

• Be the friendly first point of contact for clients
• Assist our Outside Sales Team
• Prepare estimates & process print orders
• Review files for quality & accuracy
• Work closely with production staff to keep jobs moving
• Strategize with clients to bring their ideas to life
• Handle end-of-day paperwork and deposits

What We’re Looking For

• Great communicator (written & verbal)
• Problem-solver with a solutions-first mindset
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Professional, responsive, and customer-focused
• Solid math skills (Bonus points for printing industry or graphic design experience!)
