Due to growth and business needs, LS Nexus is hiring a Carrier Representative in order to provide superior service to its customers and its carriers.

The Carrier Representative establishes relationships with new & existing carriers while working as a team member.  We engage those relationships utilizing phone, email, & I.M. tools.  Through the relationships that the Carrier Representative builds, the Carrier Representative sources truck capacity and works to fulfill the needs of LS Nexus’ customers and the needs of the carriers.  If you like helping others and have attention to detail, then this is the role for you.   We are willing to train the right individual.

Qualifications

Degree preferred

Willingness to learn

Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills

Experienced in Windows based systems

This full time role serves from our office in Cedar Rapids during the hours of 8am – 5pm M-F, with some on call responsibilities.
