Aluminum trailer welder / mechanic

Stinger Trailer Repair (right outside Cedar Rapids) in Fairfax, IA is looking to add a skilled Aluminum trailer welder/mechanic to our team!

We specializing in aluminum feed trailers, offering repair and replacement service for damaged parts as well as reconditioning units. Customer satisfaction is our #1 goal.

Pay:

• $25 to $30 to start depending on qualifications
• Pay based off knowledge and experience

Requirements:

• Aluminum mig welding a must
• Able to weld mild steel and stainless steel
• Knowledge of trailer maintenance and repairs a plus
• (wheel bearings, brakes, lights and wiring)
• Hydraulic knowledge a plus

Work Requirements:

• General hand tool usage
• Read a tape measure
• Weld in all positions
• Safety glasses and steel toed boots/shoes required

Schedule:

• Full time Monday – Friday     
• 7:00am – 3:30pm
• Overtime is available
