Level 10 Apparel is actively hiring a creative Graphic Designer to join its team in Cedar Rapids, IA.

As the Graphic Designer , you will provide creative support toward achieving the Company's mission and values. Candidates must have proven strength in creativity and graphic design by the required submission of a portfolio.

Level 10 Apparel is a locally owned and operated screen print and embroidery business. Many benefits accompany this role, including but not limited to Health, Dental, Vision, Simple IRA Retirement plan and PTO.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and set up approved artwork/files to internal production/print
• Work individually and with team on conception and development of designs for program needs
• Hands-on design, layout, and production of any needed materials
• Team coordination of art schedule, proofing to customers, and press friendly art to production
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, in a Macintosh work environment
• Willing to work within a strong team-based environment with a high level of communication and energy
• Strong time management, organizational, communication and detail management skills
• Knowledge of screen-printing process helpful, but not required
