Human Resource Generalist

Responsibilities:
- Serves as a generalist providing assistance in administering various human resources functions as needed which may include recruitment and search management, position description and classification matters, salary surveys and compensation administration, unemployment claims and hearings, remote work agreements, onboarding of new faculty and staff, employee relations and performance management programs, leaves and accommodations requests and other departmental projects as needed.
- This is initially a one-year appointment for project backfill support, but may be renewed based on project status and/or staffing needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or related field; at least one year of human resources related experience; and strong technical aptitude and written and verbal communication skills.
- Student experience will be considered. May 2023 graduates will be considered.
