Shipping & Receiving / Data Entry (Iowa City, IA)

Billion Auto is seeking to fill a Full Time Shipping & Receiving/Data Entry position in our Parts Department. 

This will be a Monday-Friday position with daytime hours, with occasional Saturday if needed.

 

DUTIES:

-Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry

-Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required

-Comply with data integrity and security policies

-Match packing lists information to actual packed merchandise

-Pack/unpack/mark stock items using identification tags/stamps/electronic marking tools

-Deliver products, supplies, and equipment to designated area

-Other duties as assigned

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Valid Driver’s License/Acceptable driving record

-Proficient with computers

-Basic math, spelling, and grammar skills

-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds while walking up and down stairs throughout shift
