Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with a special focus on cold calling to join our expanding sales team. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing revenue by managing and negotiating with potential clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of products and services. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Cold Calling:
   - Proactively outreach to potential clients via phone, email, and other communication methods.
   - Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold calling.
   - Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our products/services to prospective customers.

2. Sales & Relationship Management:
   - Meet and/or exceed sales targets and quotas.
   - Build and maintain relationships with prospects and current clients.
   - Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in [specific CRM software].

3. Product Knowledge:
   - Continuously update oneself with information about product offerings, competitive products, and industry trends.
   - Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.

4. Feedback & Reporting:
   - Report on sales activities, challenges, and opportunities on a regular basis.
   - Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer needs, concerns, interests, and potential for new products and services.

5. Collaboration:
   - Work closely with the marketing department to develop and execute sales campaigns.
   - Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Previous experience in outbound cold calling or telesales experience.
- Strong phone presence and experience in handling a large number of calls per day.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Tenacious and goal-oriented mindset with the drive to achieve sales targets.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
