Care Initiatives is currently hiring a Director of Nursing (DON) at Sothern Hills Specialty Care, a 90 bed Skilled Nursing Facility, located in Osceola, Iowa.
If you're a Registered Nurse (RN) with leadership and/or Director of Nursing (DON) or ADON experience who wants to make a positive impact on your local community while working with a fun and supportive team, we want you to join us at Care Initiatives. What it takes:
- Current registration and licensure in the state of Iowa as an RN.
- Must be in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
- Current, valid CPR Certification.
- Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws.
- Prior ADON or DON experience required.
