The Cedar Rapids Electrical Apprenticeship is an educational training center affiliated with IBEW Local 405 and The Cedar Rapids/ Iowa City division of NECA. We are responsible for providing classroom training and on-the-job training for all apprentices, and continuing education for Journeymen in the skilled electrical construction industry.

Our training center at 2300 Johnson Ave NW, Cedar Rapids is the physical location where the classroom training and administration of the program takes place.
