Wellington Heights Community Church (WHCC) is a multicultural church rooted in the Wellington Heights neighborhood. WHCC is a member of the Christian Community Development Association (CCDA), a network of Christians committed to the holistic restoration of people and communities. At WHCC, we believe every person is created in the image of God and possesses inherent worth, value, and dignity. We seek—however imperfectly—to be a community that points to and embodies God’s kingdom here on earth: a kingdom marked by justice, righteousness, and shalom. As a church, we desire to join God in God’s work of reconciling all things. Individually and collectively, we seek to live out our core ministry values of worship, reconciliation, and neighborhood development.
