Below are the various positions available within our restaurants, with amazing potential for growth within our organization of 22 restaurants in Iowa.

CREW MEMBER

As a Crew Member, you may be responsible for: Greeting customers with a smile, taking accurate food orders, preparing all of McDonald's World Famous food, partnering with other Crew and Managers to meet target goals during your shift, restaurant cleanliness and ensuring items are well stocked. Crew Members can also develop into Crew Trainers, which then help with training new hires in the restaurant.

SHIFT MANAGER

As a Shift Manager, you will manage people, product and equipment to execute outstanding Quality, Service Cleanliness & Value on assigned shifts, to deliver outstanding results. Other responsibilities include training and coaching outstanding team members, and managing McDonald’s brand standards alongside our company policies and procedures.

DEPARTMENT MANAGER

Guest Service Department, Kitchen Department, People Department As a Department Manager you will lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. Along with those duties you will also run one of the three departments (details below) within the restaurant and will be responsible for training, setting goals, delegating tasks to your teams, following up, and reporting results back to their team and other managers.

GENERAL MANAGER

As a General Manager of one of our restaurants, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks including overseeing profit and loss by following cash control, maintaining inventory, scheduling labor, reviewing financials and taking corrective action when needed. Another important aspect of this position, is training and developing outstanding team members to work along beside you, because we truly believe that a team is a reflection of its leadership!
