Corridor Crossing Place was born out of an understanding that the individuals who work and live here are hardworking and are often native to Cedar Rapids who find themselves at a ‘crossing point’ in their lives. Along with the physical location, near the railroad tracks and in the Cedar Rapids/Iowa City “Corridor,” the meaning behind the name has both geographical and cultural ties. It is our hope that through these connections, a mutual respect, and a spirit of resilience, Corridor Crossing Place will establish itself as a first choice for area seniors looking to spend their retirement years in a residential care community that values legacy, dignity, and Embracing Every Moment.
