Fleck Sales has been proudly wholesaling beer since 1954 when Keith Fleck started the business after working for the local Falstaff distributor. 

By 1968, he had helped the business grow so much that a new warehouse facility had to be constructed in southwest Cedar Rapids. 

Through the introduction and growth of Lite beer in the 1970s and the recent boom in craft beer sales, Fleck Sales focus has always been that “Beer Deserves Better,” and we have now spread our distribution area to include Cedar Rapids, Quad Cities, Iowa City, Burlington, Ottumwa, and the many communities throughout east central and southeast Iowa.

Fleck Sales depends on our employees to make our business successful. Our team is made up of beer experts focused on making sure we are the go-to partners for retailers, suppliers and consumers. We have a few things we look for when we hire a new team member. We’re looking for people who are driven, love serving our customers and will focus on growing our company and the brands we represent.
