LTL Coordinator/Warehouse Picking
Job Summary
The LTL Coordinator directly supports the Warehouse Lead; coordinates activities of workers responsible for picking product and preparing it for same day shipping both nationally and internationally. Performs related work as assigned.
Key Accountabilities
-Directly support the LTL operations
-Accurate data entry, file and organize workflows
-Track and trace shipments.
-Must be able to interact with carriers and customers/strong customer service skills.
-Directly assist management on projects and correspondence.
Skills
-Knowledge and experience in warehousing, shipping, receiving, inventory processes and techniques.
-Working knowledge of the most current technologies and products used in the industry.
-Exceptional problem solving skills.
-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong work ethic, leading a team by example.
-Ability to work in self-directed, fast-paced environment.
-Proficient computer skills.
-Forklift certified.

-While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day.
-The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 60 pounds.
-Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
