The Role:
This role is to grow, support and maintain organizational network systems and remote support end users. That includes installing upgrades/patches, troubleshooting, and optimizing networked systems and services and procuring equipment and services to meet business needs.
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
-
Support development, procurement, and implementation of new technologies.

Assist in developing long-term strategies and capacity planning for meeting future system and service needs.
Acquisition & Deployment
-
Conduct research on, and make recommendations for, hardware/software products in support of procurement and development efforts.
Operational Management
-
Perform analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of all infrastructure systems issues.
-
Manage and maintain network support systems including but not limited to Bitdefender and Citrix.

Collaborate with Technology team members to ensure efficient operation of the organization’s network computing environment.

Implement, document, and manage systems and software required by Clients and Internal Business Units for efficient operations and business success.

Manage ticket queues and priorities.

Work with vendors and IT management to manage license compliance.
-
Perform related duties consistent with the scope and intent of the position.
Ideal Qualifications:
Formal Education & Certification
-
High School diploma or equivalent
-
5 years’ work experience managing a corporate enterprise network environment.
-
Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert certificate or equivalent.
-
CCNA or equivalent for minimum networking knowledge.
Knowledge & Experience
-
Extensive Windows Server, network, and infrastructure support experience.
-
Working technical knowledge of current protocols, operating systems, and standards.
-
Ability to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides.
-
Experience with Carrier circuits implementation and coordination.
