Collective Data is seeking a seasoned Client Success Manger with a strong desire to learn our proprietary application. You will serve as a client advocate by working alongside our sales and operations teams to develop business and deliver solutions in an efficient and effective manner that facilitates a satisfied and growing client base where needs are understood and satisfied. In this position, you will be directly involved in the sales process while working to improve the overall client experience.You will be challenged and provided an opportunity for growth in a client facing, fast paced, agile environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for all client needs:
    • Service / support requirements
    • Project management
    • Service renewals
    • Upselling of additional products and services
  • Role model/develop standards for proficiency in client advocacy
  • Improve upon existing client onboarding model the ensures effective sell through, client satisfaction post-sale, and the establishment of long-term mutually beneficial relationships
  • Considering the lifetime value of a client, participate in the development of upsell and cross-sell programs that resolve client issues while increasing revenue

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong communication and ability to speak both from the business side and at a high level on the technical side
  • Balance between assertive and collaborative to guide the client to solutions that benefit them and are in within the parameters of the software, describing the pros and cons 
  • Successful experience in working with sales and technical teams to deliver high-quality presentations and information to prospects and clients  
  • Excellent communication (oral and written), and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work both independently and as a team
  • Able to effectively and efficiently meet deadlines
  • Able to multi-task, determine priority of assignments, and maintain a positive attitude in stressful situations.
  • Able to promptly and professionally respond to emails, phone calls and other communications
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized

Preferred Experience:

  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Experience in the software or technology industry
