Project Coordinator


Plan and manage content translation projects.  You will work closesly with  internal business groups (client services and supplier services) as well as global translators, to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of a quality deliverable for our clients.

Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of equivalent work experience
Multilingual a plus but not required
Flexible mix of in-office and remote work but must be able to commute to the office a few times a week.

Essential Job Functions

  1. Set project scope, priorities, deadlines and deliverable schedules
  2. Manage and monitor project budgets
  3. Communicate effectively to global team members (linguists)
  4. Analyze quality reports
  5. Effectively apply company's methodology and enforce project standards with language service providers
  6. Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately
  7. Commit to continual personal improvement and education
