System Coordinator

We are seeking a FT System Coordinator. If you are a highly motivated individual who wants to play a key role in fulfilling our mission of making a difference in the lives of those with intellectual and related disabilities, and their families this might be just for you! Key to this role is the day-to-day management of a database system used for service documentation, client information and billing. This position manages system configurations, user defined access, reporting, software testing and releases, as well as general support to agency staff. The System Coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining user documentation and training.

 Requirements: 

• The requirements for this position include an associate’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems or related job experience.
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience managing database applications, proficiency with SQL and Crystal reporting, and serve as the liaison between technical development teams and the end user.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Outlook, and Excel required. Experience working in an environment that serves individuals with intellectual disabilities is a plus.

This is a full-time, benefit eligible position including a PTO, health, vision, and dental insurance.
