Technical Integration Manager


Stamats is looking for an experienced Technical Integration Manager to deliver excellent client experience from post-sales through implementation of our products and services. This position requires working closely with clients and our internal teams, defining solutions and overseeing delivery according to their scope.

As a leader at Stamats, this role will require understanding of business, client relationships, and accounting principles. The Technical Integration Manager will be part of innovation and growth that brings constant challenge to the products and offerings at Stamats.

You would be a great candidate for this position if you can:

  • Work cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Assist in bidding technical projects in collaboration with clients and developers.
  • Streamline technical deliverables.
  • Maintain professional support relationship with all departments.
  • Manage integrations with Marketo, Blueconic, Salesforce, Audativ and other system wide software.
  • Handle data gathering and requirements specifications, processing, analysis, ongoing deliverable, and presentations.
  • Solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems with advanced analytical methods as needed, work with large complex data sets.
  • Integrate new sources into existing data sets and perform new calculations, including innovating ideas to grow Stamats in the technology realm.
  • Manage customer facing IT and web teams as well as overseeing outsourced technical work.
  • Maintain a strong personal initiative and ability to execute with minimal oversight.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 5 years of experience managing a technical team.
  • Experience with CMS systems, such as Cascade, OU, WordPress, Drupal, and others.
  • A strong background in HTML, CSS, JS, and Bootstrap framework.
  • Previous exposure to client estimating and sales presentations of technical solutions.
  • Broad understanding of technical applications.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, including reviewing data.
  • Experience with Alexa Skills, Optimizely, Personalization, Marketo, landing page software, email software, and other applications.
  • Expert in most desktop applications such as Office 365 and comfortable with data.
  • Excellent listening, critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a committed team.
COVID-19 Precautions

Currently, we are working from home though our offices are available for employees to use. The building is closed to non-employees. Deliveries are made at delivery entrance only. Daily cleaning and sanitizing. Hand sanitizer available. Masks required while walking around the building, but optional within an employee's office.
