Collective Data is seeking a self-motivated individual to offer support in our software application development lifecycle. You will be challenged with supporting our client base in a customer-facing, fast-paced, agile environment. If you have the ability to provide an excellent 100% client-focused experience in every interaction, we want you on the Collective Data team. 



  1. Provide client support and technical issue resolution via e-mail, phone and various other electronic mediums
  2. Establish an understanding of user needs to configure imports, reports, and other business logic via Collective Data’s proprietary editors to meet those needs
  3. Offer end user training via web conferencing
  4. Provide assistance with software installation and implementation
  5. Provide end user quality assurance testing, documentation, training, and support on client requested features
  6. Assist with data migration and conversions from various systems


Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently/efficiently to meet deadlines and provide optimal customer support
  • Established skill set in promptly answering support-related e-mails, phone calls, and other electronic communications
  • Demonstrated proficiency in dealing in both hardware and software-based issues with skills in database technologies and languages
  • Proven problem solving skills
  • Experience and proficiency in Internet-related applications including e-mailing clients, FTP clients, and web browsers
  • Possess strong oral and written communications skills, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Typing proficiency of 40-60 words-per-minute
  • Experience/proficiency with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Visio, & PowerPoint)
  • One-year certificate from a college or technical school, or one year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
