Collective Data is seeking an insightful, self-motivated individual to identify and assess the training needs of our growing client base to map out development plans for teams / individuals that leads to increased knowledge and proficiency using our software tool. You will plan, research, design, develop, and conduct training programs across multiple platforms. This position requires a confident individual who possesses excellent interpersonal skills, enjoys client interactions, and listens for future opportunities in terms of product enhancements and training needs. Responsibilities:
  • Once client training is scheduled, work with account management to coordinate the logistics, materials, and presentation deliverable for an effective training program, to include but not be limited to, the agenda, preparation forms, guides, technology needs, etc. 
  • Design, develop, update, and maintain training resources, including all guides and visual aids, that ensure a comprehensive and comprehendible training program exists
  • Deliver effective training, adjusting as necessary to the needs of the audience
  • Provide comprehensive and logically organized post-training notes for the Account Management team, to ensure all questions, issues, and concerns be handled effectively and efficiently
  • Develop training programs, tools and resources, in accordance with user experience priorities
 
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently / efficiently to meet deadlines while providing optimal client experiences
  • Demonstrated proficiency in dealing in with software-based issues with skills in database technologies and languages
  • Proven problem solving skills
  • Experience/proficiency with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Visio, & PowerPoint)
  • A bachelor’s degree is required; a degree in education, communications, management or marketing, is preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels is essential
  • Strong organizational, planning, and motivational skills are desired
  • Teaching or trainer certification (e.g., MCT) is preferred; software design/development experience would be a plus
  • Extensive travel is required (estimated 75% of the time)
