Help Desk Technician

Folience, an Iowa-based, ESOP-owned holding company, is seeking a Help Desk Technician to join our Shared Services Technology team.

The Help Desk Technician will:
  • Manage incoming support requests and attempts to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Escalate incidents to network, security, and system administrators as needed
  • Provide onboarding, offboarding, and entitlement support for end users
  • Build, fix, and provide technical support for end user hardware and software issues

Position requires associates’ degree in appropriate discipline and 0-2 years related experience, or in the absence of an associate’s degree, 4 years related experience.
