PositionResponsibilities:
 
Functionas a liaison between HCIS divisions and customers. Coordinate large scale softwareupgrades and moves.  Coordinate projects as necessary. Support deploymentof managed applications on personal and institutional iOS/Android devices in awalk-in service desk environment.  Matches customer needs withUIHC-supported and compliant solutions.  Creates, develops, anddistributes documentation about solutions to common problems.  Createshow-to documentation for common tasks.

PositionQualifications:
 
EducationRequired
 
Bachelor’sdegree in Computer Science, MIS, IT-related field, or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience.
 
ExperienceRequirements
 
Experience supporting workstationsrunning Windows 7 and MS Office 2010.
           Typically 1-3 years experience for IT Support Consultant
           Typically 3-5 years experience for Senior IT Support Consultant
Excellent organizational skills
Experience working collaboratively in ateam-based environment.
Experience supporting iOS/Androiddevices
Experience with technical processdocumentation
Professional experience working withdesktop hardware and software in a managed workstation environment.
Outstanding communication skills, bothverbal and written, with technical and non-technical staff.
 
DesirableQualifications
Experience supporting workstationsrunning Windows 10 and MS Office 2016
Experience utilizing SCCM
Experience with enterprise mobile devicemanagement (MDM) tools for iOS/Android
Experience in project planning andimplementing..
Experience in a healthcare or healthindustry environment.
Strong customer service focus.
