ThisProfessional & Scientific position will be filled as either an IT SupportConsultant (PIC2) or Senior IT Support Consultant (PIC3)  based oncandidate qualifications and interview evaluation.  To express interestfor consideration at both levels, please apply to both requisitions. Functionas a liaison between HCIS divisions and customers. Coordinate large scale softwareupgrades and moves.  Coordinate projects as necessary. Support deploymentof managed applications on personal and institutional iOS/Android devices in awalk-in service desk environment.  Matches customer needs withUIHC-supported and compliant solutions.  Creates, develops, anddistributes documentation about solutions to common problems.  Createshow-to documentation for common tasks.

Successfulcandidates will be subject to a criminal background and credential check.
Bachelor’sdegree in Computer Science, MIS, IT-related field, or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience.
Experience supporting workstationsrunning Windows 7 and MS Office 2010.
           Typically 1-3 years experience for IT Support Consultant
           Typically 3-5 years experience for Senior IT Support Consultant
Excellent organizational skills
Experience working collaboratively in ateam-based environment.
Experience supporting iOS/Androiddevices
Experience with technical processdocumentation
Professional experience working withdesktop hardware and software in a managed workstation environment.
Outstanding communication skills, bothverbal and written, with technical and non-technical staff.
Experience supporting workstationsrunning Windows 10 and MS Office 2016
Experience utilizing SCCM
Experience with enterprise mobile devicemanagement (MDM) tools for iOS/Android
Experience in project planning andimplementing..
Experience in a healthcare or healthindustry environment.
Strong customer service focus.
