PositionQualifications:          
 
Education Required
 
Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science in an IT-related field or equivalent combination of educationand experience.
 
Experience Requirements
 
Experience, typically 1-3years, in technology and/or business process analysis and solution design in aTechnical Product Support or Customer Service Center including servicerecovery.
 
Working knowledge of Windows7/10 and MS Office 2010 and newer
 
Experience with desktopserver and network hardware
 
Experience with inventoryand asset management in a business environment.
 
Excellent written and oralcommunication skills
 
Strong problem solvingskills.
 
Ability to move and liftcomputer equipment.
 
Driver’s license requiredand must meet the University of Iowa Fleet Services Program rules andregulations
 
Desirable Qualifications
 
Ability to operate amotorized pallet jack and fork lift
 
Experience supportingworkstations running Mac OSX 10.7 or greater.
 
Experience with wirelessnetworking and security.
 
Excellent organizationalskills
 
Demonstrated ability towork independently
 
Strong customer servicefocus.
