The Role:

Infinity has continued to grow their partnership with of the nation’s leading roadside assistance company and is seeking customer service professionals to join this rapidly growing program. This team works directly with consumers, haulers, and fleet businesses daily by providing quick solutions and empathetic responses to everyday roadside assistance needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Empathize with customers who are in a high-stress situation
  • Handle and address customer and provider questions about billing and registration
  • Provider customers, providers, and client’s updates throughout the dispatch process
  • Navigate through different platforms that include Microsoft Office and other web-based services
  • Accurately locate customers over the road using Google Maps and other tools
  • Multi-task between answering inbound calls and handling calls queued by other members of the team
  • Keep up to date on growing customer base
  • Review customer accounts to determine if they are active at time of service
  • Keeps up in a fast-paced environment
  • Answering inbound and make outbound calls as needed

Ideal Qualifications:

  • 6 months experience in customer service.
  • Type 25+ WPM
  • Passion for and helping others.
  • Proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment.
