Job Information:

The University of Iowa Health Care, Department of Internal Medicine, has an opening for Clinical Coordinator to Assist with a longitudinal study focusing on the complement mediated renal diseases investigated in the MORL and have responsibilities research/clinical activities, protocol development and study responsibilities, subject recruitment and enrollment, data collection and monitoring, regulatory guidelines and documents, human resources/leadership and financial responsibility.  

The Molecular Otolaryngology and Renal Research Laboratories (MORL) offers the most accurate and comprehensive genetic testing available for deafness as well as complement-mediated renal diseases.  The complement-mediated renal diseases focus is primarily on atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome (aHUS) and C3 glomerulopathy (C3G), a disease category that includes Dense Deposit Disease (DDD) and C3 glomerulonephritis (C3GN).
