Sales Representative / Inspector

Premier Plus is changing the Storm Restoration Industry through technological innovation, customer experience, and through our employee training process. We are looking for high-performing self-starters to join our team as Sales Representatives/Inspectors. Through our process you will become a certified drone pilot. You will speak with homeowners about inspecting their roof and home's exterior for damage & help start the insurance claim process. Location: Cedar Rapids, IA and Urbandale, IA

Schedule: Full-Time

• Flexible schedule.
• Typical workday hours: 11am to 8pm, depending on daylight.
• Typical work season: March to November.

Compensation:

• Earning Potential: $45,000 - $75,000+ and Bonuses!
• High performers can earn upwards of $100,000+
• Commission based pay plan with a draw.
• You will earn 9% of your revenue generated.
• Access to a draw up to $9,000, with commission paid against the draw.
• Industry experience will be compensated appropriately.

Expected Start Date: Immediately, but flexible.

 

Experience Requirements: NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!

 

Responsibilities & Requirements: 

• Prospect and inquire potential customers including door-to-door sales. 
• Inspect properties for storm damage following the Premier Plus Storm Team guidelines.
• Comfortable operating a drone to perform roof inspections.
• Assist customers through the insurance summary process following the Premier Plus Storm Team guidelines. 
• Collect and organize all documents from your customers. 
• Provide a superior customer experience.
• The ability to lift up to 50lbs when necessary. 
• Comfortable climbing a ladder & getting on a residential roof when necessary. 
• The ability to work in different weather conditions.
• The ability to walk up to 4 miles in one day.
• Any other duties assigned by your leadership team. 

 

Travel: 

• Short distance travel is a requirement of this position, up to 75% of the time. 
• Accommodations and per diem included. 
• A company vehicle is included/provided & gas paid for.
