Inside Rental Sales Representative

Titan Machinery needs to add an Inside Sales Expert to our team! As an Inside Rental Sales Representative, you will be a valued member of Team Titan by:

• Taking Care of Our Customers:  Professionally handle customer inquiries and communications such as orders, bids/quotes, deliveries, and service 
• Being an Expert: Maintain up-to-date rental fleet knowledge to maximize potential rate and quantity, obtaining full details of order and serving as the customer's in-store contact point
• Showing Commitment to Excellence:  Complete accurate, detailed and timely documentation related to rental contracts, invoicing, rates and fleet availability.
• Being Safe:  Show a focus on always keeping yourself and your team members safe.

• Have 1+ years related work experience OR a high school diploma/GED
• Love a fast-paced role with flexible/non-standard work hours, and have a “work hard, play hard” attitude.
• Can use computer programs as needed to complete your work

• Love to learn, and stay up-to-date on product training
