Core Job Responsibilities:
  • Aggressively find, qualify, close and develop new business opportunities
  • Adhere to proven sales process including call and meeting metrics
  • Manage all stages of the sales cycle, from initial prospecting to client relationship management
  • Cold calling
  • Daily prospecting and lead generation over the phone
  • Qualify potential clientele
  • Effectively manage prospect database
  • Meet sales quota expectations
  • Accurately document results of customer call in prospect database
  • Send fulfillment/contract information to clients
  • Meet daily, weekly and monthly activity metrics

Skills & Requirements:
  • Tele-sales experience preferred
  • College Degree or 2-4 years sales experience
  • Proven ability and drive to achieve sales goals
  • Superior communication skills a must both verbally and written
  • Read and interpret complex information
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast pace, team based, goal driven organization
