Provide support to Hosting customers on inbound telephone calls, chats, and tickets. You will be the first point of contact and provide professional consultation to customers. Your interactions will range from questions about current GoDaddy products/services and/or consultation of new purchases. You will effectively respond and provide information to customers regarding new offerings, contract extension options and attempts to cross-sell additional product/services.


Responsibilities:

• Build rapport with new and existing customers while multi-tasking and following a consultative sales approach. No scripts!

• Sell GoDaddy products and services via inbound phone calls while meeting daily and monthly performance targets

• Learn all products and services to become a GoDaddy expert who provides solutions based on customer goals

• Resolve technical issues related to any GoDaddy Hosting service, FTP clients, cPanel, WordPress, Plesk, MySQL and more while navigating through multiple systems


Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written skills required

• Extensive internet knowledge and computer navigation is a must!

• Ability to meet or exceed expectations in a metrics-based environment

• Constant demonstration of GoDaddy's core values - be extraordinary, live passionately, own outcomes, work fearlessly, and join forces


Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year sales experience preferred

• Knowledge of Internet Hosting and CMS tools preferred

• Accomplished experience in a call center environment preferred
