What we are looking for:
IDx is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to support our sales department objectives. This individual will have customer service experience, considerable organizational skills, and a strong interest in sales and the associated processes.

The Sales Operations Specialist will provide support to the IDx sales team throughout various stages of the high-value, complex enterprise sales cycle but will be especially focused on the back end of the sales system.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to:
  • Assist with the demonstration/order fulfillment processes, product deployment, implementation logistics, and software license management
  • Respond to or appropriately triage inbound inquiries from prospective or current customers
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM and other technology-based sales tools to enable maximum customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness
  • Contribute to the implementation of new and successful business processes 

  • The desire to be a sales professional 
  • 4-year bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Customer service experience 
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize efficiently, multi-task, and meet deadlines 
  • A relentless passion for meeting and exceeding customer needs and expectations
  • A professional presence and strong communication skills—in writing, over the phone, and in person,
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative

Desirable Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of professional work experience
  • Previous experience working in healthcare, B2B, or other regulated industry
  • Previous exposure to a sales environment 
  • Exposure to the Salesforce CRM platform
  • Previous experience providing customer service over the phone
