CareLinx is looking for a Care Advisor to assist Health Partner referrals. Advisors will provide support and guidance to families during the search, interview and hire process. This support will include searching for viable interview candidates using the support of a family recruiter if needed, setting up interviews, and help with the completion of the hiring process and invoice payment.

Care Advisors help potential self serve clients to understand how CareLinx works and how we can provide a solution to their needs with our products. This will be done using consultative sales in an empathetic manner.

  • Provide ongoing support after the hire to maintain the relationship with the client and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for documenting accurate and complete data of all client interactions in our company computer platforms
  • Support for families will be provided using multiple forms of communication, phone, email and text so Advisors need to display strong verbal and written communication skill
  • Additional job duties may be assigned on an as needed basis
  • Advisors are expected to meet performance goals set forth in the quarterly employee review form
  • Advisors will have a pod leader that will provide them with support on matters where they require assistance
  • Other duties as assigned

  • High school diploma is required. Some college level coursework is preferred;
  • At least one experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred
  • Experience in the medical industry is preferred
  • Effective Time management skills
  • Goal driven, problem solver
  • Comfortable working autonomously
  • Exhibits a professional, confident and outgoing demeanor
  • Must possess excellent communication skills and follow up
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office and/or Google suite
  • Excellent writing skills as this position requires accuracy with documentation
  • Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
  • Experience multitasking with frequent interruptions on tasks that require attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, exercise discretion and good judgment
