Account Development Manager

Primary functions will be focused on inbound sales, customer onboarding and managing the customer from a product and process perspective for Fleet and IoT.  Agents will answer inbound prospect inquiry calls with an expectation to convert into new customers.  Agents will onboard and manage the customer through their life cycle.  

Compensation: Salary plus Commission

Specific Duties and Accountabilities: 
  • Initiate contact with prospects that have requested additional information
  • Qualify new sales opportunities for prospects.
  • Effectively communicate features and benefits of Ready’s solutions and manage prospect and existing customers expectations.
  • Conduct onsite or online presentations that showcase the services and products of the company to prospects and customers
  • Customer onboarding with good understanding of portal systems and internal process and recommending process improvements
  • Work with active customers to develop a good understanding of their needs and explain product value
  • Building relationships and being the trusted partner for the customer on use‐case and product functionality
  • Delivering and communicating ROI for our clients throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Cross‐selling and up‐selling services and solutions to existing accounts.
  • Receive requests for service and product details from customers and provide timely responses.
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
  • Maintain in‐depth product knowledge of the service offerings of the company.
Requirements
  • Sales experience with selling relevant services and products.
  • Possess a track record of managing the customer commitment, negotiation, and closing of the sales process. Demonstrated level of success in the development of client relationships.
  • Enjoy working with customers and external audiences.
  • High energy and drive with good negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Skill in preparing written communications and materials.
  • Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer‐care.
  • Ability to multi‐task and adapt to changes quickly.
  • Self‐motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment.
Hours Monday – Friday 8:00 – 5:00
