Cedar Rapids, IA Sales / Customer Service
Corridor Careers is growing and looking for a talented Inside Sales Professional. You will be more than a customer service or inside sales rep, you will be part of a product team.

Monthly targets will offer commission potential to increase Corridor Career’s reach in Eastern Iowa. You will be expected to make 30-50 outreach contacts per day to new leads.

Job duties
  • Processing ads for placement, reach out to customers when ads will expire
  • Optimize job content to fit best practices
  • Meet monthly upsell targets - cold-calling & prospecting
  • Provide customer service for account creation and trouble-shooting 
  • Assist at in-person events as needed
  • Provide QA testing on new features
  • Brainstorm new product offerings

  • Technically savvy - comfortable with MS Office and online CRM tools
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Pleasant phone demeanor
Requirements
  • High School diploma
  • 1-3 years Sales or Customer service experience
